These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and the nadarvivaham.in in respect of your use of the Service and the Website. nadarvivaham.in is owned and operated by T.T.Trust , the trust behind many successful online ventures ( Thendral Matrimony Services, Tamilnadarvivaham.in ) . This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the web site. nadarvivaham.in may modify these terms at anytime, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the web site. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by using this website, regardless of whether or not you register as a member. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not use this website.

Eligibility

Memberships are void where prohibited. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to comply with all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The Service

nadarvivaham.in is a marriage brokering service. The Company is under no obligation to broker any other member or members for you.

Usage

You may not post or transmit to other members any information that is considered offensive, defamatory, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, obscene, profane, slanderous, harassing, racially offensive or illegal. You may not discriminate or offend other members for their sexual orientation. You will not engage in any form of defrauding members, scam or spam messages (which includes but is not limited to sending/requesting financial information, advertising, etc.). You will also not post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of you and your account. nadarvivaham.in reserves the right, to reject any profile/account it deems unacceptable. Any automated use of the system, such as using scripts is prohibited. You may not use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time nor may you disclose your password to any third party or permit any third party to access your account.

Membership

Your Membership is solely for your personal use, and you shall not authorize someone else to use your account, including your profile or email address. You are solely responsible for all content published or displayed through your account, including photos, chat and email messages. Membership plans and fees

Membership plans and their corresponding fees are located on the "Upgrade Membership" page. These subscription fees are subject to change, and changes will be posted on the page mentioned. The new rate takes effect if you apply for a new subscription and won't affect the already purchased membership.

Photos

Uploading someone else's photo as your profile photo, or inability to prove the validity of the photo if requested, will lead to a permanent ban of you and your account. You may not include in your profile any photos that are depicting any type of sexual act or photos that would be considered pornographic or offensive.

Interaction with other members

You are solely responsible for your interaction with other members of the Service.

Monitor Information

We reserve the right to monitor all website traffic including profiles, messages, chat, instant messages, videos and audio recordings to ensure that they conform to the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. To provide the highest level of service and the safest online environment for our members, we have engaged in one or more third parties to provide online security functions for our customers. Providing this security requires the collection of certain non-personal data from your computer or other device by which you connect to our websites. You expressly acknowledge and agree to our collection of data, whether directly or by third-party security providers, of certain non-personal data to be used for the sole purpose of ensuring a secure and safe online environment for you and our other members.

Termination of your access to Service

We may, in our absolute discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that which may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service by others.

Termination of membership by us

We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time if we determine (in our absolute discretion) that you have breached this Agreement. Notice of termination will be delivered to the last email address you provide to us. Any pre-paid fees relevant to the period following termination will be refunded to you after deducting any costs incurred or loss suffered by the Company in connection with your membership.

Deactivation for non-use

We may deactivate your account if you have not used the Service for a consecutive 6 months period unless you have an active paid subscription.

Security of Information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as being completely secured. While we do our best to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to or through our website. Accordingly, any information, which you transmit to us, is done at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

Advertisements

Responsibility for the content of advertisements (if any) appearing on the Website (including hyperlinks) rests solely with the advertisers. The placement of such advertisements does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser's product or service by the Company. Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. nadarvivaham.in reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Risks

You acknowledge that there are risks involved in online dating, including without limitation, unknowingly dealing with underage persons or persons acting under a false pretense or for a criminal purpose.

Communication

nadarvivaham.in reserves the right to send electronic mail to you regarding changes or additions to the Service, or any products and services of the Company and its affiliated businesses.

Disclaimer

nadarvivaham.in is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service provided, whether caused by users of the Website, other members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. nadarvivaham.in is not responsible for the conduct of any user of the Website whether online or offline. nadarvivaham.in assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any user or Member communication. nadarvivaham.in is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems including any injury or damage to users and/or members or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the Website and/or in connection with the Service.
